What is your return policy?

All sales are final. All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless if the product has a manufacturing defect. Products with a manufactuting defect can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable. Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable.

​What is the warranty?

​Our products are covered by the manufacturer's factory warranty. Warranty is limited to only manufacturer defects. Wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse, and anything of this nature will not be covered by warranty. When you receive the products, inspect them immediately for manufacturer's defects and notify us if you find any. We will provide either a replacement part or even replace the entire piece if necessary.

 Most of the products require assembly. Please carefully follow the assembly instructions and install the products properly. Damages caused by improper installation are not covered. Damages caused by the use of improperly installed products are not covered.
